I used to admire RATM 8 years ago or something like that. One of the most brilliant thing about this band it their political aspect. I doesn’t matter if you do no share their idea. I share them neither now. But the political attitude made this band real INDIE, independent. There are many bands which try to paly similarly or even copy some musical themes from RATM. But I do not know such politically active band like Rage Against the Machine. The concept is formed even in the name – Rage AGAINST the MACHINE, and the machine is our so-called democratic western world.

I remember when I was very young I’ve seen the writing “Rage against the machine” on the building and I thought it is some non-conformist slogan. Later I discovered it is a band and I’ve became their fan, I found something even mysctical in RATM.

Ashes In The Fall – is one of my favourite songs with very strong lyrics.
